Approving a virtual account

Virtual accounts created in Fusion Cash Management must be approved. Approval is also required if any changes are made to a existing virtual account.

To approve a virtual account

1.     Navigate to Sub Accounts.

2.     Click Virtual Account Maintenance. The grid lists the existing virtual accounts registered along with their current status.

3.     Select the required virtual account to be approved.

4.     Click Approve.

·        You can approve virtual account with the Submitted status only.

·        After approval, the status of the virtual account changes to Approved.

·        You can also reject a virtual account using the above method. Select the virtual account and click Reject.
