Configuring admin widgets

You can customize admin widgets, as required.

1.     Click Add Widgets button on the home page to add admin widgets on the dashboard.

2.     Click to customize the widget. You can customize the following widgets on the home page:

Alerts

Reports

User Activity

Message From Bank

Forex Rates

3.     Click Save. Click a record listed on a widget to view the respective details.

·        Click the icon to refresh the data on the widget.

·        Click See More on the widget to view the relevant details.

·        You can show the required columns on the widget and specify the required Sorting using the ascending or descending check box.

Alerts widget settings

The Alerts widget displays alert messages received from the bank. The configuration options are:

•       Type: The available options are:

–       All

–       Read

–       Unread

•       Module: Select the required module for which you want to configure the alerts.

•       Alert Date: Select the date range from which you want to view alerts. The available options are Latest, This Week, Last Week To Date, This Month, Last Month To Date, This Quarter, Last Quarter To Date. Click theicon to set the Date Range.

•       Widget Name: Specify a custom widget name, as required.

Reports

The Reports widget lists the generated reports for different services. The configuration options are:

•       Generation Date: Select the generation date of reports.

•       Service: Select the required service for which you want to configure the reports.

•       Widget Name: Specify a custom widget name, as required.

Following is example of Reports For You Settings:

User Activity widget settings

The User Activity widget displays whether the user is currently logged in.

The configuration details include:

•       User ID: Select a unique code to identify the user in Fusion Cash Management (FCM).

•       Widget Name: Specify a custom widget name, as required.

Following is example of User Activity Settings:

Message From Bank widget settings

The Message From Bank widget lists the announcements received from the bank.

The configuration details include:

•       Urgent: Specify whether you want to view only the urgent bank messages.

•       With Attachments: Select whether you want to view bank messages with attachments.

•       Broadcast Date: Select the required date range to view broadcast messages. The available options are Latest, Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week To Date, This Month, Last Month To Date, This Quarter, Last Quarter To Date, This Year, and Last Year To Date. Click theicon to set the Date Range.

•       Widget Name: Specify a custom widget name, as required.

Forex Rates widget

The Forex Rates widget displays the latest FX rates available in FCM.
