The seller (anchor client or supplier) or the dealer can manually create an invoice or upload an existing invoice in Fusion Cash Management (FCM).
If a seller (anchor client or seller) creates an invoice, the distributor can mark acceptance of the invoice amount. If there are any discrepancies in the invoice, the distributor can specify the applicable deductions and reasons for deductions.
If the dealer creates or uploads an invoice, the seller (anchor client or supplier) can verify the accuracy of the invoice.
Depending on the SCF product being used, FCM enables you to provide finance a post-shipment loan to either:
• Supplier (anchor client)
• Dealer
You can configure FCM to provide finance on a manual request or as a structured program that auto finances up to a maximum of the defined limit.
FCM enables a dealer to make payments against an invoice using either of the following methods:
• Using an account with the bank.
• Standing order defined to auto-debit an account on specified due date.
