Approving a PO

Every PO created or modified in Fusion Cash Management (FCM) must be approved. FCM uses Maker-Checker method for approval.

To Approve a PO

1.     Navigate to SCF.

2.     Click PO Center. The Purchase Order page is displayed.

3.     You can use the available filters to narrow down to the required transaction.

Or

4.     Use the Advanced Filter to narrow down your search for POs with status For My Auth.

5.     Select the required PO to be approved.

6.     Click Approve.

7.     If the workflow specifies Send action, select the PO and click Send to send it to the counter party.

 

·        You can approve PO with the Submitted status only.

·        After approval, the status of the PO changes to Approved.

·        You can also reject the PO using the above method. Select the PO and click Reject. Specify the reject remark on the popup and click OK.
