Create Invoice from PO Center

Fusion Cash Management (FCM) allows you to create an invoice against a PO from PO Center, and add line items to an invoice as required.

To create an Invoice from PO center

1.     Navigate to SCF.

2.     Click PO Center. The  PO Center page displays list of all existing POs.

3.     Switch to the Seller mode using the View As dropdown. The grid displays a list of existing purchase orders.

4.     Select the required agreement and from Select dropdown click Create Invoice. The Create Invoice Entry page is displayed.

5.     Specify the following details:

       Invoice Number: Specify a unique value to identify the invoice. FCM validates this value to ensure that it is unique within FCM for each client.

       Upload Image File: Click and upload the file.

       Amount: Specify the total amount.

       Date: Select the invoice date. This is typically the shipment date or the invoice preparation date.

       Due Date: Select the date on which the invoice would be due for payment from the buyer.

       Buyer: Specify the counter party for this invoice. If you are logged in as a supplier, the value defaults to the anchor client.

       PO Unique ID: PO unique ID is auto-displayed.

       Batch Reference: Add references, if any.

       Remarks: Add required remarks.

6.     Specify the following details in Additional Information section

 Additional information is applicable for the packages for which enrichments are defined.

       Invoice Date: Specify the date of the invoice.

       Invoice Desc: Specify the description of invoice.

       Invoice Amount: Specify the invoice amount.

You can also upload invoice attachment using Upload Attachment option.

7.     Specify the lines details using Add Row or Wizard method.

8.     Click Verify to save the changes and submit an invoice for approval.

All new or modified invoice in FCM must be approved. For more details about approval, see  Approving Invoices.
