Working with Positive Pay

The Positive Pay service provides an effective fraud control method to identify discrepancies between checks issued by the client and the checks presented to the bank for payment. If there is a discrepancy, the bank reports the check as an Exception and presents it to the client to make a Pay/Return decision. The client must make the decision within a given time frame; else, the default decision as per the client setup gets applied.

 

The Positive Pay service of Fusion Cash Management enables you to make Positive Pay decisions (Pay / Return) against all checks that are presented as Exceptions.
