The adjustment feature in Fusion Cash Management allows you to re-run a particular fund movement for an agreement, if movement fails due to any reason.
1. Navigate to Liquidity.
2. Click Sweeping >> Sweep Transactions. The Sweep Transactions page is displayed.
3. Select the required agreement and from Select dropdown click Adjustment. The Adjustment Entry popup window is displayed.
4. The Client Name, Agreement Code, Agreement Name, Transaction Type, and Value Date fields are auto-displayed.
You cannot edit the Value
Date. The default value date is the current application date.
5. Specify the Participating Account. The seek list displays only those accounts that are available in the agreement for debiting the funds.
6. Specify the Contra Account that receives the funds. Only accounts available in the agreement for receiving the funds and linked to the selected participating account in an instruction are displayed in the seek list.
7. Add Transaction Remarks, if applicable.
8. Specify the amount that you want to adjust in From Amount.
9. Specify the amount that you want adjust in To Amount.
10. Add transaction remarks, if applicable.
11. Click Submit. The transaction moves to the Approval Queue for approval.
