A user being created under a role may not necessarily possess all the permissions that the roles has and can be a subset of these permissions. User Permissions page enables you to alter the permissions assigned to a role under which the user is being created.
Access to the following can be provided for a user:

– Accounts
• Payments
– Packages
– Accounts
– Templates
• Portal
– Bill Pay ID
– Remote Deposit ID
• Receivable
– Packages
– Accounts
• Supply Chain
– Packages
• Liquidity
– Notional Agreements
– Sweep Agreements
• Limits: The FI (bank) assigns the profile limits to a client. The limit profile can be assigned to the maker and checker separately. Limits can be set for daily or monthly transactions. You can select the limit profile for each of the category.
• Payment Category: If you want to apply limits to the payment category, select the check box and select the applicable Default Limit. You can also choose to customize the limits.
• Payment Category - Template Type: If you want to apply limits to template created using a particular payment category, select the check box and select the applicable Default Limit. You can also choose to customize the limits.
• Payment Package: If you want to apply limits to the payment package, select the check box and select the applicable Default Limit Profile. You can also choose to customize the limits.
To submit the user definition for approval, click Submit.
· You must submit a new or modified record for approval.
· You can also choose to submit a saved record from the summary page. For more information, see Additional actions.
· All records created or modified in Fusion Cash Management (FCM) must be approved. For more details about approval, see Approving client users.
