Accepting a PO (created by buyer)

In some scenarios, buyers and sellers can mutually agree to create a PO on behalf of the buyer. Fusion Cash Management enables a buyer to verify a PO that is marked by the seller.

 

The verification feature is available in the Buyer Mode.

To accept a PO

1.     Navigate to SCF.

2.     Click PO Center. The Purchase Order page displays the list of existing POs.

3.     Select the required POs.

4.     Click Accept.

 

 If the workflow calls for approval of verification, these PO verification must be approved in the Acceptance Center.

 

To approve verification

If the workflow call for approval of verification, accepted PO require approval. You can approve a PO verification from the acceptance center, provided you have the relevant rights.

 

1.     Navigate to SCF.

2.     Click PO Center >> Acceptance Approval.

3.     Use the Advanced Filter to narrow down your search for POs with status For My Auth.

4.     Select the PO that you want to approve.

5.     Click Approve. The PO is now available for invoice creation.

 

Rejecting a PO Verification

You can also choose to reject a PO acceptance.

1.     Click Reject instead of Approve from the PO acceptance center.

2.     Specify the Reason to reject the PO verification. The status of the PO is then marked as Rejected.
