Invoice Center

The Fusion Cash Management Invoice Center provides you a single interface for all action requirements on an invoice. You can fetch the invoices and perform further processing action on it. The invoice action tool-bar enables you to perform required actions on the selected invoices.

 

The Invoice Center enables you to query for an invoice and perform required action against it.

1.     Navigate to SCF.

2.     Click Invoice Center. The summary page of the Invoice Center is displayed.

Description

Filters

You can narrow down the required definitions using the logged in as, status, and entry date filter criteria. You can create a customized filter using More Filters. For more information about more filters, see Creating New Filters.

 

To clear pre-defined filter settings, click Clear Filters.

Group By

The existing invoices are listed on the grid based on the selected group on the settings page.

Invoice Actions

You can select an invoice and perform the required action. The available options are:

       Submit: Enables you to submit an invoice for approval.

       Approve: Enables you to review an invoice detail and approve.

       Discard: Discard the last action performed on an invoice.

       Send: Send the invoice to the bank for processing.

       Accept: Enables you to accept an invoice raised by a buyer.

       Request Finance: Enables a checker to initiate single finance requests to be initiated against an accepted invoice based on the configuration.

       Reject: Enables a checker to reject an invoice with the reasons for rejecting.

       Pay Now: Enables you to raise the payment request for an invoice. For more information on pay now, see Purchase order payment and Invoice payment.

       Payment Bond: Enables you to bind the debtor to make a repayment based on the terms agreed in the contract. Seller can request for a payment guarantee/bond from the buyer.

Selection Box

Select the check box corresponding to an invoice and perform the required action.

Select dropdown

Enables you to perform following actions:

       View Record: Use to view invoice.

       Pay Now: Enables you to raise either full or partial payment request for an invoice.

Pagination Bar

Depending on the volume of data displayed in the list, the list can have one or more pages. You can navigate through the page by using the pagination bar.

View

Click to see or set number of invoice records on a single page.

Create Invoice

Click to create an invoice.

Export

You can export the summary information to the required format such as XLS, CSV, TSV, Fedwire.

If you want to export the header details, select the With Header check box.

Report

You can generate a PDF report of the summary information.
